had comfortable bed, hypoallergenic pillows. there were a dishwasher, coffee & tea makers, and a refrigerator etc in kitchen, that's an added bonus.

The shared kitchen, bathroom, and toilet facilities were well-maintained. The property also had parking available right by the entrance, which was convenient for guests with vehicles.

The lack of tea or coffee facilities in the room and the use of the kitchen by other guests made it crowded at times and less private.

north colchester homestay in mile end was a pleasant surprise. the property was clean, fresh and conveniently located. parking was a plus, and the room was comfortable. exceeded my previous experience in the area.

The double room at North Colchester Homestay is absolutely amazing! It has an oven and a toaster, making it perfect for cooking quick meals. The dining area is cozy and inviting, making me feel right at home. As a food lover, having these amenities in the room was a dream come true!

We had a comfortable stay at North Colchester Homestay. The room was spacious and the property was clean and well-maintained. The shared kitchen, bathroom, and toilet facilities were convenient, although it can get busy at times with other guests. The location was also great, with easy access to the A12 and Colchester center. The parking right by the property was a bonus. The only downside was that the bed was a bit too soft for our liking and the pillows were a bit thin. Despite this, we would still recommend this homestay for a pleasant stay in the area.
